hi, this really is crap. But I can't find a record. Gotta hear the damn thing. "No Matter what You are" Bad Finger.
Heard Def Lepard's version and, man, they nailed it. But somewhere in the cellar I got the original. but I can't find it. Pete Ham. He was an Apple original..."Magic Christian" and a song "If you want it, come and get it" But nothing like "No matter...."
This is as social I get: music, sure beats the mucus of matter. But I can't find my record and it's got me bummed out. Hell, I could play my guitar and scatter a bit of this and some of that. Any of you play guitar? You know how this gets at you. You gotta, gotta, hear the real thing.
Oh, lord what's the matter. It's only a song, a ditty in time...but, don't care, that's what I'm after. Wanna put it on the box and hear it again. And you know, that's what I'm goin after. Down to the cellar and my 33 rpms.
Until I find the damn thing. And it doesn't matter, it's the longing and looking for it.
