If anyone is interested:
One of the things that goes by the wayside when I'm depressed is healthy eating. This is a simple thing to make that's relatively healthy.
Take two tortillas, spray one side of each with PAM. Add some lowfat (not nonfat) cheese. I add some diced tomatoes (from a can, I'm not cutting 'em up) and some jalapeno peppers. Stick it under the broiler for about 5 minutes until melted and a bit crispy. Eat with some fresh salsa. Yum.

Sounds yummy. Here's my tip for a relatively healthy choice at McDonald's drive-thru (or for extra credit you could even park the car and walk inside): One Big-N-Tasty burger, and one large size Fruit-N-Yogurt parfait. The parfait is more like vanilla pudding than yogurt, but there's quite a bit of fruit in it. And it's surely better for you than fries.

The quesidalla sounds good- only you forgot one very important ingredient... SOUR CREAM. LOL
And, yes I love McDonald's yogurt parfait. I also really like their new salads, the chicken/bacon ranch salad is really good (I get grilled chicken instead of fried).
