If things are hard then you know there are a couple things you can do...
Check out the councelling service
If you are having strong urges then please contact your p-doc. I'm sure they will be able to slot you in in an emergency situation.
If things are hard... Then try your best to remember that things aren't always like this. There really are plenty of good times too. Times when you find it hard to believe that there is anything up with you mental health wise even.
Give Hammie a pet for us.
And I'm sure you have an email address or two...
