Uncontrolled thoughts cause anxiety to lurk...

Posted by rjlockhart98 on September 12, 2005, at 20:32:26

I have been to panic center.net they did a survey and asked if you had symtoms of uncontrolled thoughts, feelings and abruptions in thoughts that cause anxiety.....what did i put YES!

What symtom is this branched from?

I dont know why, i wake up in the mornings with bad anxiety, and then around 6:30 i have almost a nuerotic run. I have thoughts that tumble over each other, thats why i have anxiety as a sense of control over it.

What do you think?

Matt

I excercise daily. I jog. Work out to get off this anxiety.

I do have syptoms of ulta cycling mania, with adhd. I take a mood stablizer and stimulant medication.

I just sometimes want to get a HEAD scan. anything anykind.... MRI CAT PET, SPECT. I want to beg my pdoc for one. But he said its not necessary.

ANYWAYS, i hope things are going good for spriggy.

I have lost my sense of humor, it went somewhere i am going to have to find it. Just like right now im looking for my keys..... i found the remote in the refrigorator the other day...... i dont know about me.
