My husband and Grocery shopping..

Posted by spriggy on September 13, 2005, at 22:26:39

I absolutely love this man ( can you see that this is my disclaimer for the following nagging that will follow?). ROFL

BUT, no matter how simple the list is, when I send him grocery shopping, he never (ever) comes back with what I put down.

please understand that my list aren't generic but extremely SPECIFIC. I even write down WHERE In the store the following item can be found.

He either buys the wrong brand, the wrong thing altogether, or forgets half of the list and instead ends up with all sorts of junk cereal like Captain Crunch, Coco Puffs, etc... that was never on my list to begin with.

Should I just accept this defeat now and never send him to the store again???

What to do, what to do.. ROFL

i gave up a long time ago...lol ; ) (nm) » spriggy

ROLF
You need to put him candid camera or something and see what he does. And.. a walkie talkie attachted to his ear ( like those security guards)so specific instructions will be given to him to complete the mission impossible to the store. Proably goes into the donut or cake section and stares.... ROLF! Thats what i would proably do..

Hehehehehe that was funny.

I dont even want to know what kind of milk he comes with! whole milk or skim..... or water instead.

Forgets the toilet paper.....

Paper or plastic?

Paper!

my (dunno what u call him) has a Nextel..lol (nm) » rjlockhart98

If he's buying pop tarts, chips, cookies, hi-c, stuff like that (things my kids like), he can go shopping for me, and I'll do your shopping, AND I'll even stick completely to your list! How's that?!
