YOu feel like you want to jump out of your skin. The mental pain is so bad that you dont know what to do.
Is there a name for wanting to jump out of your skin (anxiety)?

The akastasia left almost immediately when I got off of lexapro and started on effexor. Thanks, now I know that I was not "losing it"
