Posted by wanttobhappy on February 19, 2006, at 6:32:39

It is 4:00 am and I can't sleep, I went to bed at 11:30 pm (41/2hr sleep) so I guess I am doing better than yesterday when I only got 3 hr with a 30 min nap in the afternoon. I have a cold and usually when I am sick I sleep alot to give my body down time to heal, this time I just can't sleep!! What is up with that? Just had to whine and complain. I feel like ca ca.
Good Mornin and best of health to everyone,
Laura
