eBay is a great way to get everyday items without the hassle of going to the store. For example, I bought batteries (from 2 different merchants) for my camera and TV remote. The cost, including shipping, was actually less than at a discount store. It's a secure site and I've never encountered an unscrupulous seller. And a few days later the stuff arrives at my door or in my mailbox, like stuff sent from Battle Creek, Michigan (remember that, guys?).

And you can buy those on eBay, too! ;~}
I love eBay. I buy and sell. Mostly buy. I bought some NIB Birkenstocks today, in fact. ;~} It beats having to drive 1 1/2 hours to a good mall, and I always save money compared to purchasing anywhere else. Case in point: I paid $45 today and they're $120 at the mall, which would be WAY over my budget.
I've met a lot of really nice people through my transactions.

My husband used E-Bay a few times but I like to try things on and have a few favorite stores. I hate shoppings malls and big discount stores. It gives me agoraphobia. Love Phillipa
