Just one of those days. Not much to say. Quiet in the office. Don't have any real answers yet. Saw T finally (first session.) I got a lot more out than I thought I would. I just need to feel a little better. Father's Day was a drag. Kinda ruined it with a bad attitude. Need a real spark to turn things around sooner or later. Just mumbling...

usually i don't get much out of a 'first session'. i guess i'm always on guard and spend most of my time checking them out. but i'm really glad to hear you did.
