If I could have any gift it wouldn't be money or expensive things it would be my mental health. If you lose it you have nothing. Anyone watched Intervention or Dr. Phil's House where the person is given the gift of a program to help them get better.Not a hospital per see but a wonderful place with therapists, massage, intense therphy and someone to talk to when you need them. Anyone else wish for the gift of mental health. I haven't been normal per see for ll years now. I picture a place with caring people. And help 24 hours a day. Love Phillipa ps my endo called me today to report on a test from another doc. I was hoping for that gift with my thyroid. Maybe???

Hi,
Actually, I wouldn't like help like that. I want it in my imagination, but to me being mentally healthy is being able to take care of myself and lead a calm, peaceful, satisfying life without needing to lean on anyone else. I would like to have close relationships with others, but not be reliant on them to keep me healthy. But that's my vision, and it certainly doesn't have to be yours.

Misunderstood I would like to have a 30 program to get me straight so I can do all those things myself. I'm sorry if it sounded like I wanted to be taken care of for a long time. Absolutely not. Thanks sunnydays for pointing out the error of my post. Love Phillipa
