I've been sick for the past week with the paraflu - no not the flu according to the docs - but the paraflu. I don't know why they just don't call it the flu - i feel just as bad.
Now my ear is hurting too - stupid paraflu.
The weather here is crappy and cold and wet and icy and I'm cold and crabby.
My house is a wreck, my cat just puked all over the floor (sorry).
I'm thinking about buying a house and I'm just freaked out over it.
I've been trying to quit therapy for the past month, but just can't seem to get the words out to even begin the termination process.
I could go on.
Things will be better tomorrow I'm sure, but for now I just needed to vent about how crappy my life is.

Thats a bummer Maddie, I bet the last thing you feel like doing is cleaning up after your cat! Hope you soon feel better.

i have promised not to talk to my boyfriend, so instead i will talk to my future wife.
i too am not feeling all that great. i have a bad case of the side effects and i feel old. can you believe that? old?
but, i assure you, i have no flu (nor paraflu symptoms). i do have a pbc, but i don't believe you can catch that. i have no cat to puke on the floor. (i do have a duckie, but his food rarely comes back out that end. and i wouldn't assume that you'd clean his mess up anyway.)
come on over. i'm certain i'll find some way to explain you. and, we just got a brand spankin new humidifier. i knew there was a good reason!

Stupid, stupid, paraflu.
I don't think there isn't a life that isn't cr*ppy when you have the paraflu.
But when you're feeling better, maybe you can tell me more about all the (gasp!) positive things that seem to be going on.
Now, just forget I said that. (Do you have baby wipes? They're good for just about everything including pet puke.)

Wow, that doesn't sound like fun. I hope you get better soon, and that your cat learns to puke outside, which it's a bit less gross.
A house? That sounds exciting!!! Do tell more!

Man, I hate cat puke. I can fully sympathize. I regulary clean up cat puke and its no fun even if you're not ill. Doing it when you're ill is even worse!! Yuck yuck yuck.
Baby wipes sound like a good idea.

Okay, I got some antibiotics for the ear - it will be better in a few days.
The paraflu, however is still hanging tough.
I had a therapy session today - a very good one actually - which makes me question why I want to quit therapy, more on this on the psych board. It's a real dilemma.
Cleaned up the puke.
The only thing I have to add, if you get the paraflu, plan on spending several days in bed.
