why is everybody so f*ckin selfish...?
is it because they're weak and can't help you or what?
why do they only get near you when you're better, not f*ckin down? it makes me not want to live, as people are the only reason to stay here and fight for a better day...

I know there are alot of selfish motherf*cker's out there, and I do mean alot!!! And yes I think they are weak and self-centered and basically don't give a crap about the rest of the world, but there are also alot of kind compassionate people too! The're out there you just have to find them. It's hard I know!

but man, it's so hard when it happens with someone you love...
you give the best you have, when you're fine or not, simply because this is how you think you can make a better world... this is how you make life bright and fun...
and when you need the most, a small thing, just some care and true love... it seems like they turn their back to you and go search someone else they can take happiness from... they don't wanna share the sadness with you
it's so disappointing, makes me wanna die... my spirit gets sad and weak...

It's the people closest to you that can hurt you
the most. I feel my husband finds me a burden when I'm down. It seems he would much rather I was always 'up' and happy, and then he wouldnt have to use any of his time or energy. I suppose he's the type of person that doesnt handle trouble well - he prefers to bury it, ignore it till it's gone. Maybe it's not that he's selfish- I dont think he knows what to do or say. I always expect more from him than others, because he's the closest to me.

I also try to keep the problems away from the loved ones, but this resultates in further isolation and loneliness... It's just very hard for me to be near people when i'm bad, because i feel very empty and cold inside
Do you think you teach people how to be depressed? I think I noticed my GF has now some depressive traits, despite all my efforts to keep the problems away for her... It makes me want to disappear, I don't want to make people depressive too...
It's difficult to keep a relationship untouched when you go through such a problem... Do you think things change and they get fine after all this, or there will be always "scars" in the relationship?

I would hope that it wouldnt leave scars. As long as you try an leave it all behind you once you feel better. I dont think you should keep it ALL from your GF. Maybe she's getting down because she knows your not ok, but as you aren't sharing it she could end up feeling a divide between you which might be making her feel a little depressed?

It's amazing, really disappointing...
Think i need to know more people, maybe my social circle is too small... Think i should meet another civilization or go live with the animals, just like in Instinct (the movie)
