I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but-lately when I'm home alone I feel on edge can't relax. worry about someone breaking in or if someone is already here? When my wife is home its better. I have been on/off zoloft for ocd-anxiety issues. this started to bother me after reading a book on serial killers. am I going crazy? help

that happens to me sometimes too. i am always alone, i live with my mother but she is always at work. we've been robbed many times in the past, once while we were actually home sleeping. so we moved into a really safe neighborhood with a police station across the street. i feel much safer but at times i get spooked and check the closets and the behind the shower curtain hehe.
