I can't stop thinking, thinking, thinking
I am finding myself absolutely amazed by my own thoughts, and how really amazing people can be
I don't mean to overanalyze my behavior, but this is likely due to stopping seroquel (what little dose I was on)
my mind is "moving" again, but I think I'd like to rein it in a little, 4:30 in the morning is not the time for "deep thoughts", you know?
I told my T that seroquel "clogs" my brain, but that clogging one's brain is not always a bad thing, now I am dealing with the backlash
-this has been an edition of early morning musings, thanks for playing

Hope that you get a 'way more restful night tonight!!!
Would a mug of warm milk & honey or sugar help?
Sometimes if I can't sleep, I have that & a couple of calcium tablets & it seems to help.
hugs, Kath
