I feel jealous. I want attention too. :-(
I'm jealous of the close friendships other people have. :-(
I hate this. I've been unstable lately.
I want care. :-(
I'm unreasonable.
I feel bad. Comfort me.
Here I go cry again. :-(

Why do you think some people are jealous of whatever and some are not?
(I don't know)

It's okay deneb. You feel the way you feel and it's alright.
I know that you can tolerate these upsetting feelings - everyone experiences them from time to time and they aren't permanent. You are not alone.
Take care,
Seldom

Ditto to what Seldomseen said.
It is NOT pleasant to feel badly.
You have feelings that feel bad. YOU are not a bad or worthless person.
I recently heard that if we actually let ourselves feel HOWEVER we feel, we'll pass through those feelings quicker. I tend to fight them & TRY to NOT feel them.
Apparently that's not the best way to have them go quicker.
You'll be able to talk with your therapist about the jealousy, etc. Deneb.
In the meantime you have online friends here. I know that's different from IRL friends, but it shows that you ARE likeable.
If you're interested in having more IRL friends, perhaps that's something that you could discuss here and/or with your therapist....stategies etc.
For now, I send you my love & hugs, Kath
