I've just ordered the camera that I've been saving for, then I went and pressed the back button and it re-ordered it!!! For £482! I can't afford to have two transactions that size, so either my bank will decline it and charge me a fee, or it will accept it and charge me a fee. I can't afford to pay bank fees either. This is turining into a nightmare.
I've sent them two emails explaining what happened and begging them to cancel the second order. I just hope they get the email before they try to process the order. Knowing my luck... bets anyone?

I'm hoping they notice two orders from the same person at about the same time and then I feel they will understand your e-mail and you'll be okay. Fingers and Toes crossed. Phillipa

I once did that when I was ordering something and I managed to get in contact with someone in customer service and they said, if they see a double order come through they will only process one. They watch for those things, because they happen. Hopefully you will have the same experience as I did. Im betting it will only go through once. I hope Im right!

I found an email this morning to say they had indeed cancelled the second order as I asked them to. I checked with my bank and only one payment had been taken, thank goodness. I'm not usually that lucky.
