I think it is...
the word "father" is so strange to me
like some sort of alien thing other people experience
There is someone who is my "father", he lives faraway
Men are such a mystery to me and kind of fascinating
my father doesn't like me, doesn't really seem to care
every "father's day" is a mystery to me

Mine never liked me he wanted a boy I'm sure as he worked with boys diving team he is dead now. So no Father's Day. Phillipa

I'm honestly perplexed
the post I started this thread with was so very matter of fact
there's something that's sad about it though, almost "too sad"
because it is just so very simple
