I love guacamole and haven't had it in ages and ages.I guess I better bring an organic baked chicken with goat cheese and sage......We must have a main dish. :-) If you ever want the recipe, ask. It is fantastic!!

Ooh, & tortilla chips and salsa and queso. Maybe that's not picnic food, I don't do many picnics. Its too hot to eat outside IMHO.

Thanks! I have to say I'm kind of bummed out when I think of spending other 4th or July's out with friends, and now I'm a big ole hermit who only leaves the house for work.
