After a google search I see the rumors circulating at the time I live there were wrong. And Stew Leonard's is where I used to shop right near my house a wonderful place it's the most fabulous store. And it seems there was no lawsuit.Phillipa

And Wachovia isn't "going belly up". It's being bought - more than likely - by Citibank.
