I've never felt so alone or scared as each day I get older and feel worse. Seems everyone has disappered here and in real life family included. Phillipa

>I am you neighbour....hello. :-) Made all of the same stuff. Ready to melt, squish, fall apart, at any second. Life is just like.."too much". Find me the big red "emergency stop" button on this elevator. Nobody wants to play with me....women don't look at me...I am a "freak"...Oyyyyy....(Insert Primal Scream...)

The only people I ever talk to are people at work, family and babble people. No friends at all. I do understand. I ask the question everyday, "what's wrong with me that I can't make friends?" I certainly understand the loneliness. At least we have each other here. I don't know what I would do without this outlet.
So you aren't really alone, you're in good company with most of us babble people. That's probably the reason why most of us are here.

Count me in for the fear & confusion these days.
I am NOT doing well.
Feeling so scared inside. This landlady thing with my son has really sent me for a loop.
So sorry you're feeling badly.
hugs, Kath - wish I could give them in person.

Hey Jay - that nice lady in Chapters talked to you that time & seemed to enjoy it.
I'm feeling similar to what you mention, although i am fortunate to have not only my friends here on PB, but also in real life, a few nice ones.
Plus I have lots of therapy/counselling in place.
But I never seem to get better - well, that's wrong, but when I do get better it takes VERY little to throw be off balance again.
:-( hugs for ya Jay, luv, Kath

Thanks everyone. I'm picturing us all in a giant Whitman's sampler box right now, a dozen unique flavors of human frailty.
