tomorrow is a very stressful family meeting for me. normally no reasons to take a valium the whole year. but for such a family meeting probably yes. these are all crazy people and thoughts are coming up.

I will be taking two Clonazepam a half hour prior to going to my parent's house. I'll have more in my pocket to take as needed. My family is totally crazy- at least I'm seeking help for it.
Good luck tomorrow. Hope valium does the job.

If tolerant to benzos think should take some xanax with me as feel the same and already obsessing on getting up, eating breakfast, washing hair drying it and make-up leave by ten if morning person wouldn't be a problem and usually go to bed 3am and up at ll am. Need two hours to get ready I'll be a zoombie at 8. So also need to go to sleep earlier so how to do that without a lot of extra xanax? Phillipa ps guess we're only people that are posting. Seems strange.

I wish you strength in getting through this difficult family meeting. This is a very hard time for a lot of folks. You're not alone.

Thanks, hope you're well after these days.

That's great! Funny how sometimes the anticipation of an event is so much worse than the actual event. Glad it worked out well for you!
