It's for Linux and I think there is a DOS version. It doesn't use a graphical user interface, but as I'm learning to use it, I find it has all the features I want. I had to figure out some stuff, but I think I can use it now.
It's called nut-nutrition. It's an open sourced program. I found it in a search for nutrition on synaptic on Ubuntu.

Well I don't know what any of that means, but it sounds cool! What kind of information does it give you? Does it tell you the nutrients of certain foods? Or maybe design a diet for you?
