I've been using my cpap lately, and I can't believe how much better I've felt the next day. Sleep works wonders.

Works for me, if I remember to put it on. Last night I rolled over to put on the mask, and apparently fell asleep mid rollover. :( But if I use it, I feel like a younger me the next day.

I have no trouble falling asleep. And a teensy smidge of klonopin is enough right now to keep me from my early morning waking. But quality of sleep is a different matter. The cpap helps with that a lot.
