I'm glad you're okay. :-))
I'm doing pretty well. Have had a huge 'turn-around' regarding mental chatter & obsessive thoughts. It came RIGHT after doing some work on an online course for which the first 2 levels are free. I'm pretty amazed.
I'll make a separate post about it.
