Hi Phillipa - I'm feeling way better today.
I just re-did the Preparatory Sessions of the "Tapping Course" that has literally changed my life!!!!!!
I feel like I've had a brain transplant - to a large extent!!!

Yes, that's true. I think it's nice to also acknowledge that within most of us adults, there's inner joy and beauty, too. Maybe harsh circumstances beat it completely out of some people, and that's awful and unjust, but within most of us, there's still inner joy and beauty. Right? It's just more apparent in children.
