I think I drank too much tea. I just figured out that I've slept 2 hours in the last 39 hours 24 mins.
On Weds I woke up at 3pm then I stayed up until Thurs. around noon. I may have slept for 2 hours, I say I may have because I never felt myself really sleeping. I've been up since Thurs. 2pm and I am not sleepy at all. This is the second night I've stayed up and I'm not tired at all.
I need to lay off on the tea.

You need to call your pdoc and tell her. She's a medical doctor and that could be a medical symptom. You might need a meds adjustment.

Oh, I think I am OK. I just drank too much tea. I just slept for about 12 hours. My body seems to always make up for lack of sleep. Now the cycle starts over again LOL. I think my circadian rhythm is messed up.

How much tea was too much?
I wonder if I drink too much of it (even though it's only in the morning and maybe lunch).
I get that thing you mentioned where sleep seems very light.
This is the end of the thread.
