Tomorrow I see my pdoc, then race to Shoal Creek nervous hospital for an assessment for group therapy. Wednesday I start seeing a Massachusetts hippie lady social worker for individual therapy.
This started 25 years ago with a red haired nub of a shrink that told me--we'll have you out of this in 6 months. Yo doc, shove this amitriptyline up your *ss b*tch!
25 years later I'm worse off than I was then, way worse. And I'm older. Retirement on SS? Yeah, if I want to eat kibble and s*it under bridges. Howl at the moon through a mouth with no teeth.
Are you young? Make a lot of money and save it or I'll see you under the bridge.

seems most everyday is a challenge for me, like an endurance test between days off. I don't know how I do it sometimes...but these days I'm pretty much in a haze. Save money? what is this word "save" you mention??
you sound pissed, am I correct about that? not too thrilled with all this stuff you're starting? kind of tired of it all? perfectly understandable.....it doesn't seem fair
I hope it works out alright. Maybe it will all be helpful.

Phil being older I do understand. I hope your appointments work out well. I understand the anger. Doesn't seem fair? kind of had similar experiences. Seems all the docs I've seen for various things promise or say it will help it doesn't. Love Phillipa
