I decided to stay up and skip sleep today because my sleep schedule is messed up in a major way. I go to bed at around 5 am and don't wake up until about 4 pm. So I thought I should stay up all night and go to bed early today. The problem is that I get really sleepy at around 7 am and have not been able to resist sleep.
So, today I took 2 caffeine pills, but now I am anxious and nauseous. What do I do? Will propranolol help?
On the plus side, I am wide awake. LOL
I feel restless. :-(

I think the Risperdal I took not too long after the caffeine pills is working for my anxiety.

Good going Deneb. As my gal, Amy Winehouse wrote, "I tread a troubled track and I go back to black."
My prediction for you're life? You'll get most everything you want and need, try to be patient. I, for one, will not give up on on you. You are unique, just like everyone else on the planet. lol

Since you are awake and alert you will be able to check out the Experiences section of the Caffeine section of Erowid.
