no sweat kath,my cosmetic surgery clinic is a little tabbo with the girls,i thought i would get stick from admiting a little cover up makup on thread veins. witch have disapeared since my alchol intake fell. but you miss your chance, i would have been straight in the juglar. just because im a guy they think im pervy or nosey , not at all, i love a gossip with the girls.an to put an angle on the term i use alot bollock, it the short vertion of bollocking ,meaning telling some one off , so if you bollock me you tell me off, an if you give me a right bollocking it means you are really mad. a little insight into the english verbal,if i was to talk to you face to face you wouldent understand a word i say as from city to city we all put are angle on english an i sounds nothing like british films. an the i say old boy isnt the weater horrid,i would say.heyup buddy aint the weather piss poor.

heyup buddy aint the weather piss poor.~ ~ Sounds like what I imagine Australian's might say! Especially the heyup part. I think I might start saying that Manic. Have you seen movies where young guys say "Yo!" ?
I sometimes say it; my son laughs at me. I guess it's sorta weird this 62 year old lady saying 'Yo'. LOL
So Manic, regarding 'heyup' - would you say it in the way of saying, "Hey, what are you doing!?"My son (25) & his friends have different things they say. They'll say "My bad" - meaning 'oh it was my fault; shouldn't have done that'.
I can't think of any other things they say, but they do say some different things.
I think language is fascinating.

kath , i wondnt like you to bullock me, that means you would cut my balls off. my speech aint cockney thats london talk.the bow bells was a church bell .an if you could hear it from your house,you were a cockney. if not you were to far out of the east end.and your wrong with the heyup.its simply hello. sounding like an australian, dont forget all white ozzies were english convicts. there was only the aboridginies an kangaroo,s till us rough brits sorted it out.
