One thing I NEED to ask...I get in the moment, and then what I say and feel just 'crash and burns', success is what I want but not just being postive all the time, being ambitious, improving this site to a more "elite" form of discussion. Yes, I know when you think to highly of your self that's self-grandosity...it's a new decade and maybe this site can change, influence is what is needed. Before it was just a medical discussion on random things, I really want this site to be "elite" in it's form, and address issuess issues and feel supportive.
Anyone?
