I made a stupid mistake. I guess I didn't heat up my food long enough before I put it in a thermos.
When I opened the thermos, my food was lukewarm, but I was hungry so I ate it anyways.
I know better than this. Bacteria thrive in lukewarm temperatures!
I hope I don't get sick. What should I do to prepare for getting sick?
I won't do this again. Next time I will make sure my food is piping hot before I put it in the thermos.
This is the end of the thread.
