Regarding age V.S. maturity, of course, maturity... However, the "Genetic God" switches us from "frog" to "prince" at about age 25... We have all the goodies needed for a successful adulthood by that time... Only thing is, are we ready to wear them proudly, or did we come out of "FrogHood" toooo soon???
