We have a heat wave and we're in a drought. There's a bush fire that's been burning for several days here. Firefighters are exhausted. Apparently it's still burning underneath the soil or something so they have to dig it out to extinguish it.
It's sooooo hot! Right now it's 29 degrees, which doesn't sound too too bad, but it's also really humid, which makes it 100 times worse! With the humidex it feels more like 34 degrees.
I have no A/C here and it's terrible!
I haven't been chatting these few days because my computer is upstairs and it's super hot upstairs. It's really hard to chat on my ipod, the screen isn't displayed correctly.
I hate sweating while sleeping, it feels so gross! I like the room cold when I sleep so that I can snuggle with lots of comforters.
Anyways, I woke up early because I was too hot.
I have a day off today. I'm going to see movies or something. I can't stay here!
How is the weather where you are?

Hot. But not more hot than usual. We seem to be back to the normal summer thunderstorms. That keeps it cooler. I hope it stays that way.
Mind you, normal is still pretty hot and I stay in the a/c. Since we insulated the attic, it's usually cool enough in here.
This is the end of the thread.
