Found out today my diagnosis has changed from personality disorder nos to paranoid personality disorder.
I guess it wasn't totally unexpected.
Although i feel i'm as much avoidant and schizotypal as paranoid.
Thinking about it the bullying and rejection i received by teenage peers especially, for being socially awkward and having social interaction difficulties, has significantly contributed to my severe social anxiety and paranoia.
Also as an adult both adults and non adults have at times been less than understanding and indeed at times very derogatory about the way i am with respect to being socially awkward.
It's hard to trust and all too easy to suspect the worst when how you are has often been a cue for mockery and ridicule.
Logic might tell you not all people are bastards but painful experience demands a lot of reassurance that they are non threatening non bastards.

f u c k people who make you feel bad...get a defense up, learn what their about,....but sometimes it can just be paranoia.. the fear of happening is the paranoia stuff, when its really happening get defense up. I had rough times in high school...there where rumors spread all over the school about me I had crush on a dude....this girl made it up because she didnt like me....and she totally made it up. Social predetor...they don't psychially attack you, its through social standards of gossip, and gossip is vary popular.
You just gotta be open with them, be charismatic, and tell them why and try to make friends with predators. Being alone and feeling misunderstood, i totally know what it feel like, its miserable...you don't anyone to help you. You gotta get someone to take you under their wing, or relearn social skills. Get a style, get a style to you coversation, then get out there and be yourself.
