aw, i really hate feeling sick. kind of tender and pouty and frustrated and very, very sorry for myself. do anti-histamenes kick in quick for you? i find the longer i put off starting them the longer they take to kick in (or maybe that one was a cold). guess it is that time of year round the other part of the world...

I rarely have allergies - at least not from nature - but lately I've found myself reaching for the Claritin as soon as I get up. I'm not sure what's in the air right now. It's starting to get a bit better. Maybe I ought to see if it's a pattern in August, though I don't ever remember it being as bad as this year.
Do you know what causes yours?
