I can't imagine anyone on this forum not liking this book.My therapist and psychiatrist both read it.

Me too, about a decade, in spite of the updated ed_uk2010 name!! :) I can't remember whether I lost my password or something went wrong with the server maybe? I remember there was a time when everyone seemed to change their name.
