Everyone has heard my suicide story. You know, the one I always laugh off? I'm 6', the ceiling was 7', lol, what's up with that? haha I probably just didn't want to go to work that day. lol
Yesterday I had a thought and I heard these words. "But Phil, what if that ceiling was 9' tall?" I have never thought of that. I have to reframe my narrative. "Yes, it was much closer than I realized at the time. That's why I can feel joy today. Because I'm here, today."
