I'm changing my diet. I don't know if I wrote that here yet. But I'm cutting out sugar. And I'm doing less gluten and a lot more veggies and fruits. It's hard in the beginning. And this is definitely the beginning! And I am pretty sure I'm addicted to sugar. But I've been doing ok most days up to a certain point.
I kind of have a lot of plans for myself right now, too. But I'm taking it a day at a time.
