You know, in case you're reading. I'm doubtful...
Miss you.
We are both getting a bit seasoned, aren't we? :-))
Hope you had a wonderful day.

Thanks Alex. And thanks for letting me know about 10ders post. I really don't read Babble anymore on anywhere near a regular basis. Months go by sometimes.
:(
It's sad to lose things that were an important part of one's life at one time.
But that doesn't mean that I don't want to keep in touch with you. You have my email, you know. I'd rather not lose you.

Awwww, thanks! :)
I need to put my email monitor back on that account.
I really need to write you. Things have been eventful around here. I saw my therapist three times a few months ago when there was a death in my family. And then a couple of times recently when I had sort of a meltdown from just too much stress. I was surprised to find that he can still help me. It still seems like magic, since I can't really point to anything...
I expect that I will be able to contact him when I need him. Especially since he is now being better at taking responsibility for having a plan in place to prevent something like that from happening again. He now admits that he should have had that plan in place before. So I'll probably call him a few times, or maybe even several times, a year. Which is what I had in mind, but was surprisingly difficult to do.
I'd love to hear what's going on with you!

He now admits that he should have had that plan in place before.I never really knew what happened with all that. But recently, my 75-year old p-doc called to cancel an appointment because he wasn't feeling well. I got freaked out that something serious was wrong with him. When I saw him the following week, I said I had worried that something serious had happened to him and asked, if it did, would I be notified? He hesitated and said, well sure, I mean I'm sure someone would notify you. And I realized he had no plan in place at all. And he's 75, where a heart attack or stroke is a real possibility.

You'd think they would have more of a sense of responsibility about that. My therapist said it was like writing a will. Something he vaguely knew he ought to do, but didn't want to think about. We had not only discussed it, but I had brought him an article about it. But I could only lead the horse to water, I couldn't make him drink.
I'm glad your therapist is feeling better.
