getting ready for gym prep, and i'm doing it ... the stairmaster and treadmill are what im aiming for, cardio....ill deal with weights later, i want to get slimmer to original weight, knowing myself i start off really strong and do well for couple months, then i start to slip and fall off, do hypnosis therapy 'live at the gym'
i'll make a accountability post, that if i slack off then ill come here and read this post later on....

yeah i have to force too, and it's fighting that quit feeling....get a routine and goal set everyday for the gym

That's how I feel too. I'm glad you're doing this for yourself though. It's hard. I exercise at home because the gym is intimidating. I should do it more but i never have the energy or mood or motivation. Therapists say just do it anyway and you'll feel good about it once you start. A lot of their suggestions are so glib like that. I just want to be more normal.
