In 2018 I completed a 1 year thesis so as to be enrolled in Medicine with the University of Auckland in 2019.
They didn't want to enrol me (because they are corrupt) so they refused to acknowledge that I completed the thesis and they refused to enrol me in Medicine.
They were required to enrol me in Medicine. Likely. They were supposed to rank order score me (from my GPA, UMAT / UCAT exam score, interview score) but they miscalculated my GPA and then refused to acknowledge I completed the recent degree. Then Waikato started messing with my previous transcript altering enrolment dates etc to try and lower my previous GPA.
Which is all corrupt.
In 2019 I apply again because they can't deny I completed my thesis forever and because I have original paper transcripts that were given to me when the previous Degrees were conferred. So any alteration they make now on their online system is evidence of their own corruption only.
I exhaust internal complaints resolution process at both Universities and they close ranks all the way and refuse to put things right.
I complain to the Ombudsman and it takes, like 1 year, for him to say he doesn't see anything unreasonable. Because he is blind, deaf, and he plays dumb. What he refuses to see in the prisons etc. The hospitals. That's why they hire him.
I complain to the New Zealand Vice Chancellor's Committee (Universities NZ) because Waikato did what all our Universities do of forcing studnets to re-enrol for extended periods (pay facilitation or bribe or exit payments) on graduate research degees when this is not what external examiners said should happen with their thesis. The Universities ALWAYS ROUTINELY RELIABLY force things to run over-time by demanding studnets make changes to their theses that were not required by external examiners.
He refuses to get the evidence to the police. I was apparently the only complaint he acknowedged all year (he was not overwhelmed) and he refused to get the complaint of seroius wrong-doing to the police.
The serious fraud office is too busy investigating policital campaign donations that were undisclosed to do much of anything else.
They barely get to do much on the procurement process. How the government will only pay the 3 or 4 people they always pay to ensure the work is not done. Is not done by them. Is not done by anyone.
I get High Court Judgement about NZVCC and Univeristy of Auckland.
No natural justice yet.
The judgement is... A foil?? That I'm suposed to appeal to the Court of Appeal.
Only I'm thinking...
There is no foil. Thereis just 'justice delayed is justice denied'.
That is to say there is no justice.
So I'm presently writing and re-writing and re-re-writing and re-re-re-writing applications for waiver for security for costs. Because normally I'd have to pay around $7,000 to the courts in case I lose to be allowed for the case to proceed to the court of appeal.
And they are... Pretending not to??? See any of this as a matter of public importance when the education industry (international studnets) or you know child sex trafficking is our major source of income.
Judgement about Roe v Waikato is due today.. On the University of Waikato.
I don't have high hopes becuase I haven't seen any indication of justice yet.

Because it is re-traumatising. That is the thing of it.
We don't have a justice system we have a system that forces you to say the same thing over and over anda over and over and over and over and over that delays and confuses and obscures and obstructs and prevents and prohibits timely justice.The anti-justice system.
Why would anybody think that they would have allowed there to be a justice system anymore than a health system or an education system?
I mean, really...

I think we only got access to vaccine the way we did so the UN could document what we did with it.
Document the crimes of how we refused to supply to developing nations (Fiji, Samoa, Tonga).
We go 'but we are being just as corrupt as every one else on the world stage. This is how the world works. all the developed nations are doing it.'
And the answer to that is 'the developed nations are developed because they developed the tools to deal with it. and they are developing better tools all the time. Meanwhile nz develops backwards only by becoming more and more and more and more and more and more corrupt'.

i don't think we even have medicine anymore.
the highest ranked 'doctors' in the hospitals appeared to be 'registrars'. that's like... people who have been accepted into a specialist training programme. like... kind of our version of getting a match. an actual training place out of medical school.
but it isn't like out specialist training programmes are particularly structured. i mean... it isn't like there is a cohort of first years and a cohort of second years and...
it is that there is 1 registrar who is most senior doctor present in the hospital.
so 1 registrar (student of psychiatry) signs the forms. that she's told to sign. by the managers and administrators. i suppose.
and that's it. that's all there is here. there's nothing here.
apparently they aren't going to allow registrars in... anasthesiology. at waikato hosopital anymore. for various issues. compliance issues mostly. the university refuses to comply with various things the anethestiologists say they need for safe training and practice so they say they can't let the studnets train in thier hospitals anymore.
and so on... for all the specialities. they are going away. not here anymore. because we refuse to do the most basic of things that are needed for them to function.
who was training her?
nobody.
she was put to work already. ot make sure the job was not done. not by her. not by anyone.
then who will do anasthesiology?
one of two things happen...
the 'rural' docs in australia. the idea that in rural communities... isolated from hospital... what you got? babies being born. so anasthetics. and you need to help the baby out or it will die to different degrees. right? so ruralist people get certificates or whatever that allow them to administer anasthetics (general) for surgery. for obgyn. they are obgyn you see. because in these rural communites there's nobody else. they are it. the best chance there is.
they have tkaen over the christchurch hospital apparently. they are passing them off as general surgeons. because there isn't anyone else.
apparently nz is starting to say we don't need to do any of the things that are required for the australasian specialist colleges to be able to have consultant specialists and to train studnets.. we will make up our own qualifications1!!!! and they cab be about how much money people pay bribes to in the university??!!

that's what's happened with the development of medicine in nz.
under the watch of the district health boards. of course. and also, compiling evidence now, the ministry. the ministry of health. the procurement process ties in so well with the whole failure to enrol process. failure to sign off process. the only research projects they would fund. the only people they would employ to ensure that job was not done by anyone.

Thats the only sense I can make of why they are all about paying bribes and then cheating. The idea is that if you do these things then you aren't likely to complain about anybody else's bad behavior or they can hold you accountable for what you havse done if you complain about anybody else's bad behavior.
The government chooses to employ people to abuse New Zealanders. In the Early Childcare facilities. In the primary schools. IN the sports clubs. in the secondary schools. In teh Universities...
Employers.
Large government contracts to people who ensure their workers are under-paid and over-worked.
They wont' do business unles you have established a history of bad behavior. Not paying your workers etc. So you will never complain about arbitrary anything in the contracts.
Maybe the fact that it is a sham.
The Government promised whatever billions of dollars to the Ministry of Health because it knew it could pay a few key people a few hundred thousand per year for hiding or conceiling the fact that it was only really a few million. Why? Because the government doesn't actually have that much money.
Artifically inflated.
That's likely a huge part of it.
And then everybody being corrupt the perception they are all as bad as each other.
The whole lying thing. Not truth telling. Abusive...
Abuse 101.
That's why I think to complain to the UN. NZ is such a tiny little f*ck*ng nothing of a tinpot pinprick on the world stage...
And we choose to try and cheat and lie and hoodwink and swindle and scam.
That's how genuinely frontal lobe deficient...

the thing to realise is that the people who 'yessir course sir i 'flout' the rules for you sir' are one and the same as the people who... you know... arrange for the big-wig's son to turn gold and emit a stench... you can think of the traits being linked. you can think of the 'yessir' sychophant aspect as being an epiphenomenon of the underlying pathology. like steam emmitted from a working steam engine.
