that's thing. all there is is wrong after wrong after wrong after wrong after wrong after wrong after wrong.
they go 'progress is happening too fast aaaaaaaaaa things are headed in a bad direction like what happened when muldoon sold off all the state owned assets to the private sector and new zealand ended up in the sh*t'.
but the progress has come of the form: every other developed nation (and china as well -- because it is stepping up as a developed world leader) has ratified this and that and has developed laws on this and that and is making progress on this and that. and new zealand goes 'nonononono we refuse to accept the evidence' and new zealand goes 'we wil need to launch an inquiry or a commission a report (while using the extra time to engage in a process of destruction of evidence).
so the world is going 'hurry up new zealand! get with the programme new zealand!' while they bitch whinge whine moan and complain... grubby grubby grub onto their half a million dollar per year salaries.
i think you gotta string them up like pinyata and beat the money out of them. i don't f*ck*ng understand.

new zealand legislations says they are required to train me.
i am eligible.
their selection criterion (when properly applied to my application) means they were required to have enrolled me.
they are required to allow students to work to international standards of scholarship.
or they are required to be shut down.f*ck*ng hurry up.
