when the judiciary refuses to uphold the laws.
the high court judgements read like the judges are employed legal counsel for the government.
i suppose it might be because these are courts of Very Little Precedent (which is kind of like being a bear of Very Little Brain).
I think High Court ruling can only be based on precedent.
?
I think?
So that's the problem?
No... That's not the problem... The law is clear. The statutes. The statutes are written in English. Which is a language that I speak. The statutes are pretty clear...
And they just refuse to comply with statute. And the courts basically say 'all the court costs against the person who takes them to court for their statute violation' and refuses to.. Declare the law, even. Refuses to read the law out loud to the offending party.
Just won't do it.
Nope.
_____
I don't think we have prisons.
I don't think we have public prosecutors.
I think we have legal aid people (who are useless) who fill out the... Appearance of legal representation... And we have gang prospects.
Gang prospects are basically people who... The government refuses to allow another way of life to.
They fill the functions of... Well... Let's see...
What was that about the 'New Zealand Experience'?
Best place in teh world in which to be a pedophile and all that...
The drugs and the prostitution and the like.
____
I understand gambling now.
THe function of it.
I didn't get it before.
I was like 'why do it? I don't understand...'
One rule: 'House wins'. So... Why play that game?Well... Suppose that you get your money in cash.
Drugs or prostitution or whatever.
Under the table work.
Then you need a way to launder the money.
So gambling... Is a way of laundering the money in the form of 'winnings'.
But the casino takes a cut.
I suppose that is the basic idea of it.That makes sense.
______
The courts simply won't deliver meaningful sanctions.
This MMA fighter got pinned down and smashed in the head.
In a street fight.
Only it wasn't a fight. He was pinned down. And smashed in the head.
He was not a brawler. He was an athlete.
He was picked on becuase of the 'kudos' or whatever that some idiot thought they would get taking down an athlete.
He died.
The guy got home detention only.
He should have been put away on murder. Because he was committing a violent crime. And in the course of that someone died. I thought that made it murder. If you break into someones house and pop them on the head then your assault is murder if they die. I was pretty sure. Because your intent to commit a crime.
I thought.
Whatever. It's not rule by law here.
___
There was something in the news about this guy who has a job in NZ. From Brazil. They let him come with his daughter and his wife.
Then, when he got here, they said that since his daughter had been dx'd with Autism when she was 3 they woouldn't give her an education visa. Or something. Because of the burden she would be on the eudcation system.
So they started a give a little page or whatever and got a few thousand signatures in support. And some minister gave them a special exemption.
Because the law is discriminatory. Apparently. And so there is a special exemption if you suck the dick of the minister thing that we do. ANd that makes it okay.
To raise a kid here saying that this country didn't want her. This best country in the world in which to be a pedophile nation wanted her to be kept home with her parents and not go to school because they thought she was a burden. but she can stay dependent on her dad's visa only. because a special exemption was granted to her by a minister. but the law is saying that since you have a disability you aren't welcome here. because you are a burden. because that's what it meeeeeeeeeeans to have a disability.
Because in upside down and back to front retard-land we go 'nonononononononononononononono nonono' we are not developed. we are not developed at all.
We choose as a nation to be sexist and racist and violate all the rights of the people and just do whatever we want whenever we want because we want...
_____
And just recently we didn't turn on the 3rd coal powerplalnt
(build a server farm in New Zealand!!!! ALl the people whose jobs it was to take the toxic waste from the smelter and you put it in the shed --mmmm kay???? all those people will look after the server farm!!! sure!!! sure!!!! sure they will!!! sounds legit!!!!!)
and electricity was cut off to a bunch of houses.
Becuase we don't need heat pumps or energy efficient heating or insulation. Just run the fan heaters on full all the time (or don't run the heaters at all).
such a f*ck*ng backwards retarded-land.
just keep working... just keeeeeeeep working. just keeeeeeep working alex...

just keeeeeeeeeeep giving the farmers those hand-out subsidies nzl government.
europe has a good laugh. nzl is supposed to have the most efficient farmers in the world... really? if they are so efficient why does the government need to keep giving them hand-out after hand-out after subsidy after hand-out after hand-out after hand-out after subsidy?
how is that 'efficient' in english? no speak-y english? seriously? for really really reals?

and who asked nzl to feed 40 million people?
who thought that it would be a good idea for nzl to be a food-producing nation?
most countries are trying to work towards self-sufficiency. they don't want vast volumes of food to be trafficked all the way around the globe... the costs of transport... the human costs of slaves on ships... the environmental costs of however many f*ck*ng cows being drowned in the f*ck*ng sea... the... insanity of the situation.
so what is nzl to do?
well... since our kids aren't allowed reading writing and arithmetic... since contributing towards civilisation is not for them... since we are the best nation in the world in which to be a pedophile... to be a violent offender...
the consequences of which are... 'that's not a punishment... that's a covid restriction' (home detention).
being in nzl is a detention.
detention camp island.
prison camp country.

they've been med-evac ing people from Fiji.
apparently they opened a ward...
by which they mean they employed a nurse and maybe a doctor.. for a single ICU room. the auckland hospital. because the entire situation was paid for by the UN. so the UN pays and... sees what it can purchase with the money. can it purchase medical care... at any cost?
within hours someone was in quarantine because it was pointed out their PPE wasn't properly secure.
and now there's another med evac for a government minister of Fiji, or something...

in the us and in australia, too, there are... well... it's like if you go a block in one direction...
here there's a... super-imposed about it all.
like... one thing layered upon another. interwoven in such a way that...it is interesting to see how unsafe things are becoming...
you see... genuine fear in people's eyes a little bit more, now.the men in suits. realising that it isn't quite safe for them to be walking outside in a suit like that.
someon emight smash them over the back of a head with a broken bottle or something.
steal their fancy suit.
the security cameras are up all over the place...
but mostly it's about the quarantine rooms...
______________
there was this whole building... glass wall on the front...
early(ish) days you would see people standing in the windows. faces pressed out. because there were people in the rooms and they were passing time watching passers by.
and they would put signs up. '5 days to go!' or whatever. counting down the days until they were out of their 2 week quarantine.
______________
but now there aren't any faces in teh windows. and there aren't any signs.
so...
etiher their are incapacitating them more properly now, and they are kept in their beds....
or else...
there's nobody home.
_______________

do not travel to new zealand...
it's like that episode of 'mad men' where the visiting traveller does some work for the promise of a coin the next day.
Then they shoo him away.
so he makes a mark on their fence post to tell all the other visiting travellers that dishonest people live there.
nzl: dishonest people live here.the universities of new zealand won't get theses to external examiners in order to prevent and prohibit timely completion of qualifications.
they are not processing applications to enrol in a manner that is fair.
they are not grading work properly. they are intentionally choosing to construct and keep unfair practices where they know that people are selling the questions / answers and so on.
they are dishonest in their practices.
the legal system doesnt' uphold rul eof law in a timely fashion.
the internal complaints resolution process does not function.
external complaints resolution process also does not function.
bad people live here. bad people are in charge of here.
this is not a clean green land at all. it is full of dirty pollution.
it is a land that is a detention camp prison island for the pedophiles nad criminals of the world.
by it's own design and by it's own choosing.
it refuses to uphold rul eof law. that makes it by iti's own choosing.
it chooses to fill the prisons full of gang prospects (many of whom would do honest work for honest pay if only the government was offering) so tha they prisons are so full of basically decent human beings there's no places left for the white collar white supermacist racist sexist pedophile lying cheating idiots that pass themselves off as our leaders.
it's a f*ck*ng joke of a nation.
a f*ck*ng joke.
there has been nothing here for me on my return.
the brain drain is tihat anyonew with any brains is forced out of this country. the f*ck*ng idiots cling to their titles and dtheir money becuase they know no other nation in the world would put up with them and they'd rather be head of the garbage than part of something worthwhile.

WHERE IS MY DEGREE
FOR THE ONE YEAR OF WORK THAT I DID FOR YOU IN 2018???????
aw. that was a stupid degree that we offered to stupid people only. we were only going to give that degree to people who didn't have the capacity to undertake university level study at all. that was the consolation prize degree. the booby prize degree hahahaha. it was a taking the piss degree. it was a bogus qualification. it was a qualification that was supposed to go to people who were too stupid to know or understand that it was a booby prize of a degree hahahahha. ahahahhaha. hahah. ha. aha. and the fact that you met the requirements for it and now you want that degree... uh....
the whole thing went into meltdown.
i did the f*ck*ng work. now give me the f*ck*ng degree.
because your 'pinnacle peak of the top of the food chain' degree is a sh*tty degree. pretty sh*tty degree. because the quality of it isn't so great. because you choose to engage in this process of sloooooooow dooooooooooown and when people go 'p=p' you go 'nonononononononoononono we can't possibly accept that for at least 4 more generations!!!!!!' and so on.
if that's what you think of us then you deserve nothing nothing nothing at all.
riiiiiiight. becuase that's what having a university degree meeeeeeeeans. it means that you have the attitude that they want when they want it otherwise they are perfectly entitled to withhold the qualification.
having the qualification isn't anything to do with requirements for the qualification. it's all just the leaders doing whatever they want whenever they want for whatever arbitrary reasons they want. complying with the will of the biggest mob.
aka: there is nothing here.

i mean...
these attitudes (from university leadership) is why we don't have...
we don't have doctors. they don't know what informed consent means.
we don't have lawyers. they don't have the willingness / ability to parse the statutes.
we don't have businesses... we don't pay our workers.
we don't appear to have the capacity to invest in anything genuinely worthwhile... just a succession of government handouts for things on the path to extinction.
it' san interesting thing that peple note. observe...
how the government throws an endless succession of hand-outs to things on the path to extinction only.
like the kiwi -- right. a flightless bird. and various other things. to inbred to have the most basic self-preservation instict.
investing in perversions only.

so sydney... canberra...
just a matter of time before new zealand.
community transmission... because... you know... we have had all the time in the world in which to see it coming in time to *do something about it*. but we choose to drag our heels more than everywhere else. we always choose to take the low road. lower than everywhere else. so... it will come here, eventually. this generation? probably.... within the next year... likely.
we haven't had the hospital overwhelm, yet.
but we've had so long to prepare. so long. soooooo loooooong. so long to prepare. to buy properly fit tested ppe at regular prices. to buy properly fit tested face masks. to stock up on hand sanitiser. hell... we could have trained a work-force by the time it takes to get here...
but we chose not to. we choose not to. we choose to watch the inevitable unfold. inevitable because of our choices. the choices we make. to exploit immigrant labor. to refuse to train our own people. to refuse to pay a coin that was promised in exchange for labor that was done.
so...
here it comes... and people will die. which is what we wanted. we wouldn't have it any other way.
not sure how many health people there are in the country who can't get work, presently. they aren't publically advertising, or if they are, they aren't hiring the best candidates for the job, they are hiring the most compliant. the ones who won't complain. the ones who will violate the laws themselves, the ones who won't complain about other violating the laws. the ones we won't pay. and so on...
so... community transmission will come... and various people will die.
becuase we wouldn't have things any other way.
winners. hey. f*ck*ng winning. yeah, right. f*ck*ng idiots.

we aren't counting it properly.
they need to count FTE (full time equivalent) positions.
AND they need to count the number of people who are employed with 1 FTE (or more).because i think what you will find is that some people are paid to work 2, 3, 4 + FTE workloads (that is to say if you are on one board of directors for a government department or private business that is only viable becuase of government handouts and subsidies) then you are on more than 1 board...
and there are vast numbers of people who will only get part-time contract-work. so they get no holidays. they get no sick leave. they are on call and if they don't take whatever is offered whenever they are offered then they find themselves not offered anything at all.
they say our unemployment is very low at around 4 per cent.
but we have this thing of 'eligibility' where we say that we decide who is 'eligible' to be counted.... like... cleaning the data. we decide what data points are 'eligible' to be counted. and we simply refuse to acknowledgee anything we don't want to see.
it is a very private-language thing. aka it is a very disintegrating into nothing thing. it is a very nonsense thing. it is a very... there's nothing here. it's like everything is chopped up in a blender. word salad. yes. it's like our leaders spout word salad.
_____
the latest is that the court of appeal shouldn't hear the case of how the university of waikato refused to enrol me in the programme i applied to (and enrolled me in various programmes i never applied to) and didn't get my work to examiners... and sent my work for examination for the wrong degree... and decided on administration (not academic) grounds to force re-enrolment and more fees to be paid otherwise the qualification wouldn't be alllowedt o be completed at all... and refused to get my work to examiners to prevent and prohibit them signing me off...
the court of appeal shouldn't hear the case of how the university of waikato refuses to allow it's students to work to internaitonal standarsd f scholarship by forcing them to slave locally for no pay...
because i am borderline delusional. according to the judge. that's what he suggested.
that it was borderline delusional for me to ohave asserted that my supervisor (rather than an external examiner) likely filled out this form that stated that 'MPhil recommendation of the following doctoral thesis' would involve 're-enrolment for at least 6 additional months and re-examination'.
why did i think my supervisor likely filled it out?
becuase my supervisor and the university were the ones who stated that this was required of me.
but the calendar regualtions stated that 2/3 external examiners decide the outcome of examination. and the calendar regulations stated that when re-enrolment and re-examiantion was required THE THESIS WOULD BE RETURNED TO THE CANDIDATE. but NEITHER of the external examiners returned the thesis to the candidate. BOTH OF THEM KEPT THE THESIS. Which informed the university that the examiners were not requiring re-enrolment.
And which informed the studnet (me) that the Univesrity had no grounds to force re-enrolment. Because the examiners refused to return the thesis to the student. Which told the studnet that if the University refused to confer the degree they were acting unlawfully.
Whcih was obvious to me December of 2018.
And why it's now half way through 2021 and I'm allegedly 'borderline delusional' that I have this capacity to understand written English...
F*ck*ng psychopaths.

In reply to unemployment, posted by alexandra_k on August 12, 2021, at 16:01:36
So...
Here's the thing. I'll try and make the numbers easy...
Suppose there are 5 million New Zealanders. I think there are roughly (1/4 our population is overseas. We are a nation with more ex-pats than anywhere else, apparently, the whole brain drain thing whereby the leaders force the people with brains to flee)...
So there are 4 million living in NZ.
So, now let's focus on the ones between the ages of... 16? Will we do that? During the lock-down many kids left school altogether because they could get full time work as 'essential workers' with the supermarkets and the packign plants etc paying them minimum child wage (for being under 20 I think) so they would hire the kids and not hire the kids parents. So 16 year old kids are working full time because the NZL economy (propped up by government subsidey and handouts) won't employ people who have attained the age of 20 years because it is cheaper for them to hire kids.
So let's say that you are eligible (hahahahhaha) to work full time from the age of 16 through to age of retirement at 65, I think it is now.
I know lots of people stay on payroll into their 70s. You know those jobs involving all of the payroll and nonen of the work... People can work 5+ of those jobs into their 70s and beyond is really what I am trying to capture, here, with respect to the employment situation in NZL.
______
so lets's say there are 2 million people who are eligible (I am going to call thtem eligible) in virtue of being the right age. The age for work. k Where I am being super-generous by starting things at 16. Not 18. Not 20. 16.
2 million.
But now we say that various of them are not really eligible (such that if there are only 1 million FTE jobs then unemployment is not 50 per cent).
1/4 of them are 'disabled'. So they don't count. Incapacitated.
ANd so on... We just say that a bunch of people are ineligible therfore they don't count.
And a bunch of others (who likely are ineligible in fact e.g., becuase they are 90 and they aren't performing any of the things listed in their job description when they are on payroll for working 5+ FTE jobs)...
It' sa f*ck*ng joke of a country. I swears.
This is the end of the thread.
