they pretend to be too stupid to parse the law.
no meaningful sanctions or consequences follow from violations of the law.
the 'medical studnets' learn about all of the things that are done in the hospital and there are no consequences for any of it.
they learn about medical students who get sick and die in the hospital because they weren't treated and nobody is held responsible. the systems weren't changed at all. just too bad. we learn about it so that they, well, they are learning about the system. how they have been picked out (very special children that they are) to be called 'doctor' only if they are suitably compliant and they say what they are supposed to say and they suck the right d*cks on demand but how...
there is nothing here.
nopppers. nothing here. nada. no medical supplies. no skilled staff. nobody could function here.
the accreditation was withdrawn. various international agencies went 'we can't allow our people to practice in your institutions anymore becuase you don't do the most basic of things you are supposed to do'.
from buildings to medical supplies to safe levels of staffing...
to the point where they will only enrol people who lie and cheat their way in.
only graduate people who will like and cheat their way out.
only 'employ' people who pay them (and who aren't paid)

and the covid will come and a bunch will get sick. and they'll swoop in on each other like the vultures they are putting each other on ventillators for indeterminate periods of time because why wouldn' tyou if you could get away with it? and in this manner they will.. not quite self-destruct... not quite implode...

but they flocked the back way around to Christchurch and took over the hosptial there. cheapest ruralists ever apparently. they'll do anasthetics (course they will) for cesarian. and for general surgical. just have a go. get in there. have a go. better than nothing? right? hey, the people of nzl want surgeries... they'll get 'em. cheapest doctors ever. right? win win? yeah? course? sure? great!
so nobody can function because we've been taken over by psychopaths.
but they are the ones who will get in there and have a go when the Covid comes. because they take themslves to be invulnerable. so... they'll turn upon each other... some nasty brutish and short survival of the fittests... the front line workers buring each other out...
which will be a sort of clearing the way ceremony.
once it's over... the little shoots and so on will have room to pop up.
i guess there's something in that.
because, you know. we wouldn't allow the people birth control. we refuse to be rule of law... so every now and then inhumane... clearing the way. a sort of population control 'act of god'. not wwIII. sure. not wwIII, at all.

Apparently we are supplying 4 or 5 high court judges to Samoa.
Either... Poor Samoa.
Else... Other nations are supplying judges, too, so we can think of it as something of a training exercise for those judges. As to what rule of law is. How you get rid of problematic people within the law, in lawful ways, for the good of the people. Etc.
