here's what we are going to do...
we are not going to pay people to work social-services jobs to international standards
doctors
nurses
teachers
lawyers
engineers
financenone of it. the aim or the goal is to exploit. that's it. that's all. keep the populations managed into deprivation and weakness. sickness. disease. death. death if we can. untimely death. produce women and children... then death.
we will pay managers. and administrators.
they can plan.
they can figure how to promote and advance the cause of untimely death.
we will decide how many people get to enrol in varoius of the above programmes. to limit / manage / quota the numbers.
and we will decide which of the children get picked to do the various jobs. we like the children of the people who are currently doing the jobs because the people who are currently doing them are acceptable (insofar as they remain because they are onboard with the untimly death programme we have going on and they may be incentivised to help their children get with the programme).
and the programme is making sure that those jobs are not done (to international practice). not done by any of the cohort who has been selected for enrolment in that programme.

the 'job' will be done by blackbirded people from overseas... who will be conned or sucked into doing it for less pay or... mostly who will pay the university, pay the university pay the univesrity and do the 'job' for free as a training requirement. sort of slavery thing otherwise they can get the f*ck out of new zealand. visa no work-y no more. you pay us you pay us you pay us you pay then you die untimely and / or you go away.
so the main point of the medical intake (like the teaching intake etc) is to make sure that as many of them go into other things. other jobs. as possible.
that's why you see so many people in nz who are medical graduates. working in administration. management. politicians. ministry of health. mostly government jobs (private sector only functions insofar or inasmuch as it gets an endless succession of government handouts).
the main point or goal or aim of the new zealand workforce management thing is to ensure we don't pay the workers we don't pay the workers we don't pay the workers we don't pay.
we don't pay the workers. we won't pay the workers.
all the 'meaningul' jobs with 'value'. thos ekinds of things.. will be done by unpaid slaves.
only.
that is to say... no meaningful jobs here. there aren't any. and the jobs are actually not done. not done by anyone. there isn't any meaningful work in new zealand.
they will pay you if you molest the children. if you use your position to profit or advance yourself while oppressing others then your talents and skills will be identified and they will pay you to do that. in whatever capacity they think you can be most effective in.
it is important ot get clear on what it is that we value.

the royal australasian college of psychiatrists intentionally made the executive decision to rally around one of their own who was a pedophile and child-torturer. he was in charge of part of a hospital facility where he took young kids and he bullied and sexually and physically abused them. he was paid by the government. i suppose the judges and the teachers and social workers employed by the government hand-picked what kids they were going to send away to be treated and kept like that by him.
these are the people we value and the people we pay.
these are the people the new zealand medical societites seem to want to put on payroll.
they seem very very keen to keep away any people who will speak out about such things.
you can see things like... lack of surgical checklists. as being necessary pre-requisites for keeping things the way they choose to keep things in new zealand.
such simple solutions.
would be how you would see them if you thought that everyone had the game good ends.
the fact that we will not do it. shows that the leaders will not accept the ends.
who are the real terrorists, again?
no healthcare. no education. no justice. nothing. nada. zip zilch zero. there doesn't appear to be anything here, anything here, at all.
i wanted to help make things better.
but nonononononononono our abusers get to re-live their abuse to terrorise the next generation...
will not do any of the most basic of things.
people do bring relatively simple fixes / solutions to the table, every now and then.

when people do that the response is always...
to make things worse, then. that's how they respond.
when someone suggests something that would genuinely be helpful or a step in the direction of progress...
they must surely be well and truely bullied into never ever ever ever ever suggesting anything ever again.
new zealand is so 'friendly'.

the government got busy planning and micro-managing how they could have the most compliant population in the world...
without, themselves, embracing the ideology of upholding human rights. of the things that make people people.
i am embracing their ideology as best they can.
i don't think they articulate it.

while i wait on my 120 point MPhil 'disability and equity in medicine and public health' to be conferred.
while i wait for them to employ the same GPA algorithm for selection as they apply to every other candidate (they aren't allowed to force me to take 'extra-time').

how many will die of this, that, and the other thing.we are workforce planning.
this is how we plan our workforce.
this is how we plan to not pay new zealanders.
because...
you don't pay infants. right? you don't pay them.
