workforce planning

so it costs the government millions and millions to hire the best minds to plan the workforce!

it looks like this:

you will have to pay for at least 10 years of 'training' where you do the work without pay...

then, once your 'training' is done we replace you with a student who pays for at least 20 years of 'training' where they do the work without pay...

that's what development of a workforce looks like. see? see how that goes?

there are various pretexts for why it is that they won't pay people who have completed the training.

they say they haven't completed the training. the common thing is to say that they are 'ineligible' or their application has been 'invalidated' where eligibility is about whether they acknowledge you as a person or not (they say that foreigners are ineligible because they aren't citizens and they say that most domestics are ineligible for various reasons from accusing them of disability or criminality or whatever) and various reasons why they didn't or werent' able to have a completed application acknowledged as received.

basically the thing is that they just wont' do it.

they just don't do it.

they just don't give you the qualification. they just don't give you an aplpication. they jsut don't do it. they just won't hire anyone. they just won't transfer the funds in the payroll system. thehy just don't or won't do it.

___

we don't have a health system (we don't have anything) because they will not pay the workers.

they won't do it.

they also won't progress 'students' or people in 'training'. they won't acknowledge the things they have done during their training, they won't sign off on various things that were done during tahe training. they won't hand over the qualifications. they won't acknowlaedg ehte students.

they bully them into going away.

___

there's nothing here.

)))))

we are supposed to think there are a generation who have been incapacitated by covid.

but the government is refusing to acknoweldge that the people can read and write and so on and their excuse is 'covid'.

there are no written exams (they would have destroyed them anyway)

they just won't do it.

they won't do any of the things they are supposed to do.

nothing.

nada.

the 'universities' are slave / detention camps for teenagers only.

apparently there are mythical beasts who have conferred qualifications.

i don't know if they actually exist....

i don't know how much money they had to hand over... i suppose they continulaly pay they continually pay they continually pay otherwise the 'universities' wouldn't acknowlwedge their qualiaflcations at all.

___

auckland university seems to be okay with marketing itself as a destination for rapists.

they are working on developing their complaints procedure because the last one was insufficient to oprevent and prohibit the complaint from reachign the media. which was, of course, unfortunate.

they clearly need to work on their 'confidentiality' and 'supression' mechanisms.

endometriosis

so they write in the nz medical journal about how the medical students are required to perform a cervical examination on a patient who has not consented for a cervical examination but has been anesthetised for an unrelated procedure.

that is to say a group of medical students are present in the OR for an operation that is not supposed to involve a vaginal entry and they take turns, i suppose, doing things including inserting scopes all the way up to the ovaries, apparently, in order to get signed off as having completed that necessary requirement on their training

(so they can later be not signed off on having completed the degree on grounds that their character is unsuitable -- i suppose. so the studnet can pay the student can pay the student can pay only if the studnet wants to pay to go on to commit more and more crimes)

anyway...

i wonder if one of the goals or aims or merely a by-product of the above is that they mangae to scrape some cells from the uterus and pass them along up the fallopian tubes so as to induce endometriosis.

i wonder if that is how it is that they have managed to get the prevalence of this condition to what it is today.

i don't know how easy it is to sake material from the uterus lining and push it further up the body... i guess the eggs from the ovaries are released and there is a space they cross to get to the tubes.. so i guess if you push things all the way up to the ovaries from teh other direction it would be fairly easy (technically) to seed uterine cells in the abdomincal cavity.

i would suppose.

that's...

about 300 medical students per year x 2 'universities'...

but i guess not every student is performing that exact procedure and plenty of people on payroll (or not) will be performign that procedure. so...

____________________________

how much do you think that would be worth?

i mean... if you were to internationally advertise... and sell places to operform that 'procedure' at auction... how high do you think the bids would go, internationally, to get 300 people enrolled in that programme?

1 million dollars?

something else?

i guess it's tied to the idea of getting to perform that many times over (and many other things besides)
