so...let's think of things like this...
person is imprisoned against their will due to government wanting to keep the prisons full so there isn't enough room to house all the criminals on payroll of the government...
prisoner needs 'medical treatment'.
medical personel implant 'dumbell' for purposes of 'sexual gratification' and take mri scans in evidnece.
they could implant 2kg of heroin up their *rs*!
then the prison guards can extract it else they can voluntriliy relinquish it to the prison guards in a bucket...
or not...
you get the general idea....
