Im not sure why it worked this time, but it
did. I used the patch for about 2 weeks, but
noticfed that when i forgot to put one on, i only
had the same amount of cravings as when
i wore it, like maybe two or trhee a day.
Other things helped me too like having one
person realy try to help me.I havent smoked in 32 days.
If anyone is curious what i think abou ti let me nkow.

Did the patch help you alone? You said you had one person help you?

HI gal =)
Well, I had tryed with the patch a few times
this summer but i just would take it off
after 6 hours or so and smoke. My boyfriend
said, just leave it on and dont smoke. I know
that sounds ridiculous, but its actually what
I did. I just decided that enough was enough
and that I had to decide that that day was it.
There was no more wishywashy with it. ANd
I came home from work that day smoked 3
cigs on the way home, got home and just
sayd this has to be the end. I put on a patch
and ended up taking it off late that nite and
having one cigarette. (I was a little drunk tho
i think thats why). The next day i woke up and my bf sayd, "put
on your patch NOW". And i did,, and i just
wouldnt smoke. And i did that for two weeks,
but i told him everytime i wanted one and
he sayd yu dont want it youreally dont. and
every day that went by, i felt a lot stronger nad
i knew it would be easier and i knew that
if i smoked, i would have to start all over and
each day became a huge amount of power
for me. And i also found a cigarette
counter online that you tell it when you quit
how much you smoked and how much they
cost and it tells you how many cigs you havent
smoked since you quit and how much money
you saved. Then i bought myself a present when i got
to $100.ITs wonderful not smokeing and I rellly loved
smoking when i was a smoker. IF i can do
it anyone can. Really. I hadnt gone a day
without a cig since i was about 16. Well
except when i was in the hospital and they
put the patch on me.The thing that helped me the most was
having a friend to listen to me vent.ITs much easier after a week or so.

That is really cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I admire your success!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you tell me where this *cigarette
counter online* is?????
I am really interested.
Right now I am so overwhelmed about the fact I want to lose weight and stop smoking. I don't know which to do first!!!! Or if I can.
Congrats to you again:-)
Thank you.

HI Gal,
sorry i havent been online in a few days.
i couldnt find the online counter, but hopefully i will find it if i keep looking. There were a lot, but most were you had to download them, one is online, but i forgot where it is.I would quit smoking first. I think i may have
gained a coupla pounds, but smoking is
much worse for your health i think. Talk
to your doctor maybe.Good luck! ANd thanks for all your kind words
