I've smoked maybe only 4 packs in a 5 month period.
I dont want to get nicotine lungs, each time i inhale i wonder how much its doing. I'll say, not much...
But does anyone know.
Pack a day smokers maybe.

every cigarette you smoke is causing you damage...
at least thats what it says on the pack.
i take issue with their notion of 'causation'
but oh well.
doesn't specify about the tar on the lungs though.
how bout switching to low tar cigarettes?

darnit....
i am stop smoking, i am always doing something that.
I put this stupid liquid "lucus" candy on the tip of the cigarette to give it some better flavor.
It did, but then suddently it was harder to breathe!
I grabbed those NASTY camel cigg's and TORE THEM UP!!!!! and beat it 2 FEET into the trash can.
MAD!!!
