I haven't checked in for AGES! I just wanted to briefly return and belatedly thank some of you directly, especially Partly Cloudy and Aunty Mel, for your past support. Today marks 1 month of being sober for me. I went to an addictions counsellor and what a match! She is perfect for me. But, I couldn't have done it without opening up first to all of you. Thanks again. I think of you all often.

I certainly do remember you! That is wonderful news, jss. I changed my name to ClearSkies when I started to feel better :-) I'm glad that you found a counsellor and that it's helping you.
I have 3 months sobriety today. Celebrations all around!

I'm so glad you're making it. A month is an eternity of miracles.
